Matt worked with Ellen Bennett, the founder of Hedley & Bennett, to design this apron. Featuring 3 pockets for your gear, including a perfect sized pocket for your instant read thermometer. Additionally, Matt went with a custom dyed Carolina blue strap long enough to tie up front with matching towel loop. He finished it off with a custom stitched Meato Bandito.
